4. Our Review Process

Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice:

We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
We will investigate the claim and review the identified content
If the claim is valid and concerns our original editorial content, we will remove or modify the infringing material promptly
If the claim concerns a game link (not our original content), we will evaluate our editorial relationship with that listing
We will notify the affected party where appropriate

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the validity and scope of the claim.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, or that you have the right to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

Identification of the material that was removed and its original location on TNG Games
Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification

6. Repeat Infringers
